We acknowledge our donors

The Foundation recognizes donors in the following categories and honors them as follows: "Governor"”, "“Lifetime Governor" or "Great Donor".

The "Governor" award is designated to a donor who donates at least $500. The donor receives a certificate. There are more than 150 “Governors”.

The "Lifetime Governor" award is designated to a donor who donates $1,000. The donor’s name is engraved on an Honorary Board at the LaSalle Hospital and receives a certificate. There are more than 300 “Lifetime Governors”.

The "Great Donor" award is designated for a donation of $10,000 or more. The donor’s name is engraved on an Honorary Board at the LaSalle Hospital and receives a certificate. There are 37 “Great Donors”.

PAVILIONS

In recognition of their significant financial contribution to the Foundation, the LaSalle Hospital has appointed three pavilions:

1. Seagram’s Pavilion
2. Jean-Paul Morin’s Pavilion
3. Caisse Populaire Desjardins de LaSalle’s Pavilion


LIFE GOVERNORS - VOLUNTARY WORKERS

The Foundation recognizes the contribution of volunteers. Therefore, the foundation awards the title of "Lifetime Governor" for each donation of $3,000 to the foundation through a corporative or non-profit organization. The organization designates the volunteer to be named “Lifetime Governor” and the volunteer’s name is engraved on the Honorary Board at the LaSalle Hospital.


Hall of Fame

The highest honor is the enthronement to the foundation’s Hall of Fame. This award is to recognize the humanitarian and/or the monetary contribution by a person or organization to the Foundation. The recipient is honored at our gala dinner and his or her name is engraved on the Hall of Fame Board at the LaSalle Hospital. There are 19 members in our Hall of Fame. They are:
