- "In Memoriam" Donations

The Foundation receives "in Memoriam" donations in memory of a deceased person. Special forms are available for this purpose. If the “in Memoriam” donations totals $1,000, the Foundation will offer the deceased’s family to name the deceased person Posthumous Life Governor. The deceased’ name would be engraved on the honorary board in the main hallway of the LaSalle Hospital. It is a meant to perpetuate the memory of a loved one while helping to ensure the quality of medical care at the LaSsalle Hospital
