The Foundation manages two visitors’ parking across the hospital. In 1992, the City of LaSalle leased this land for 1$ a year until 2027. The revenues are for the purchase of medical equipment for the LaSalle Hospital. Parking cost is $6.00.

Due to the development of the hospital, day surgery, the advent of magnetic resonance in May 2011, agreement between the LaSalle Hospital and Jewish Hospital in Montreal, growth of patients and visitors, the Foundation has arranged a 2nd parking for $ 750 000 for a better customer service. The 2nd adds 160 new parking spaces available for visitors and hospital employees. The additional income generated will be used to purchase medical equipment.
